Low interest loans
Council loans of up to £25,000 are available through Lendology. Subject to affordability, they can be used to fund home improvements including renewable energy measures and works to improve energy efficiency.
Great British Insulation Scheme
Warm Homes Local Grant
There are is also a new national insulation scheme offering grants for cavity wall and loft insulation for properties with:
- an energy performance certificate (EPC) of D to G – check your EPC
- in Council Tax bands A-D in England or A-E in Scotland or Wales – check your Council Tax band
